01- Mike’s Story

Taking to the Air Waves

Rich Dreyling and I  are both excited to share the newest branch of the TFW media empire, our own podcast! After doing a few interviews for the blog, it became apparent that so much is lost in the transcription of a conversation into text.  Besides listening here, you can find us on iTunes, Google Play, Stitcher, and eventually YouTube.

Our music is provided by none other than The Marine Rapper. If you haven’t heard his flow, you’ll wonder what rock you’ve been hiding under. I’ve been a fan for a couple years now and he’s kept me going for those long training rides for both Ironman triathlons in 2017.

All his albums can be found on iTunes, but check out his own website to get yourself some TMR gear like the G.I. Flow sweatshirt.

In our first episode, Rich interviews me about growing up, getting quarterdecked in boot camp and finding my way to Iraq. If you like what you hear, please share it with friends. Leave us a review on iTunes. So enough reading already. Enjoy the show……
